7 Tips To Help You Be Happy
You really can be happy! Here are my 7 top tips:
Realise That The World Exists In Your Head. - How you see things are totally up to you. If you want to see everything as a negative then that’s what they will be. If you see the good in all everything will be good.
Learn Not To Worry So Much – We all worry about things. I’m sure you have your fair share. But just know that worrying solves NOTHING.
Be In Good Health – If you are in good shape then you will feel better in yourself. You will be happier and have more energy.
Smile – Just turn that frown upside down and smile more!
Listen To More Music – Putting your favourite songs on can really lift your mood. Try it right now and put on a happy song you love.
Spend Less Than You Earn – If you achieve this you will never go in debt. Debt is one of the most stressful positions you can be in. Avoid it because all the time you have it over your head you won’t be totally happy.
Help Others – You can do this in lots of ways. Donating money to charity could be an option. Maybe you could lend someone a hand… Just help people more. But the trick is not to expect anything in return. Do it because you want to help not to see what you can gain from it.

Yet another nice post, keep it up.
Couple of comments from me, the first is about “Learn Not To Worry So Much”, which while I agree with, feel that worrying can in-fact sometimes help. Relating back to your post “A Beautiful Mistake”, sometimes realising that something is wrong, and thereby doing something about it, is better than to just ignore the problem… Obviously that’s not what you fully ment, but important none the less.
The next is about “Help Others”. The last two sentences are really true, too many times do we expect repayment for our good deeds that we sometimes are hesitant to actually make them. As Jimmy Carr said, “When it comes to charity, some people stop at nothing.”. My rule is that if someone helps me, I help them back more than they helped me if I can. This creates a cycle whereby help is returned not because it’s obligitory, but because it truely is wanted to be give n.
I seem to enjoy commenting on your blog, so you must be doing something right
