When was the last time you really stopped to notice everything around you? When you really stopped to take in the beauty that surrounds you every day? So many of us walk round with blinkers on. We become immune to how amazing something is due to it just being there every day. We really do take so much for granted!

Look out your window

This blog will still be here when you get back… Just stand up out of your chair and go and spend sixty seconds gazing out: Though don’t just aimlessly stare at nothing. Look around for trees, flowers, birds and the like. These are typical things of beauty but how about cars, buildings and roads. Can these not be sources of inspiration to? Embrace the world around you! Okay now you can go look.

Have a Look Around

Next time you’re walking somewhere do the same. Look around you! Take in your surrounding and appreciate them. Even go one step further, go touch something. Maybe you could even smell a flower if you feel like it. Try anything to get you in touch with beauty.

Your Mission

Notice one new thing every day that was already around you but you took for granted. It’s that simple… Write the things down if you like. But seriously just open your eyes to this amazing world we live in.
