Your life right now is exactly how you see it in your mind.

Some people have a realistic view of the world but the majority of us don’t. We perhaps walk in a room full of people and start to think how everyone is some how better. So and So is smarter. Bob is better dressed. Fred is in great shape ect.. and you start to think you are the worst person in the room. The trouble is everyone else is thinking the same about everybody else!

Perception is a strange thing. We all have thoughts and believes and most people are pretty stuck in their ways. They have a belief of how something is and thats that. If you challenge this belief they will get defensive because you are threat their out look on the world. Peoples views on life are all they have. The world as they know it exsists in their head.

I think this is really fascinating. The thought that my life, your life and everyone in the worlds life is purely a fuzzy interpretation.

It’s important to realise this. You have to kind of stop for a minute and remember that other people are just fellow human beings. With their owns want’s, needs, desires and personal view on the world we live in.

Giving people some slack now and then and realising that what you see as important may not be so for them can give you reasoning and understanding rather then frustration and stress.

So Relax… So what someone made a mess… so what they don’t want to stay in when you do… so what.. let it go and remember they have their own world that they live in.
