My fiancee Nikki
Having people read my blog
Being able to walk in a shop and buy food
Running water
my own bed room
living in a free country

and I must agree with RedNose... Toilet paper! haha

We live in a society where its "cool" to be depressed. Plus we're far much more isolated, in the sense that ther arn't as many comunities as there used to be. I think thats why people are depressive. Also the media doesn't help with people's self esteme. Which is a shame. I aree we should break this mold and just be happy and grateful for what we have. People get so caught up in what they dont like that they don't take the time to apreciate what they have.

Things I am grateful for:

My fiance Tom
My Bid (grandma)
My parents and all they do for me
Being able to express myself
Being able to go to college
Being able to be happy!
Living in a country where women are treated equally to men
That I found a passion in photography
Hot water
and of course toilet paper, but not just any toilet paper quilted toilet paper haha.

I could go on and on. There's so much that I am thankful for.

The key to happiness is to be yourself. Don't try to be anyone else be the best you, you can be.

Yesterday I went to a bookshop and happen to read about "Historical Worst Disaster" and "Global Warming". I found that the more I read, the more glooming the world seems. Then I remember... "Attitude is the way we look at the world around us. It is how we view our environment and our future. It is the focus we develop toward life itself."

You are right! Rednose, we ought to learn to think about things we have to be thankful for - in so doing we could remain happy!

Things That I’m Grateful for…
- God Grace and Blessings
- Happy and Healthy family
- Ability to learn, earn and improves myself
- Ability to contribute, inspires and motivates
- Sunshine and rain
- Good sleep and rest

..... so many and of course...

- Family be with me
- Friends be with me
- Have a healthy life

- Personal Growth on myself

Yesterday is History.Tomorrow is a Mystery, and Today is a gift. That’s why we call it the Present.
